Our caviar is made from the eggs of Siberian sturgeon raised in the pure waters of Italy and selected for their shape and color. The eggs are then conserved under salt without any additional preservatives. The result is an extremely fresh caviar that is delicate, elegant and above all healthy.
Production will begin in mid-November and our caviar will be available from December 1st.
Given the limited quantity, we suggest pre-ordering it.
Our fresh caviar should be consumed within 100 days with the people you love.
