The new fall menu at Quadri is presented as two tasting menus: "Classico" and "Quadri," from which guests also have the option to select dishes a la carte. You will find signature dishes such as Cappuccino di Laguna, as well as new creations by chef Alajmo like Burrata ravioli with broccoli, frutti di mare and tartufo bianco, or the Venetian focaccia with whipped salt cod, seared mushrooms, sea snails and tartufo bianco. For fish lovers, we suggest the fried turbot, Queen sea scallops and soft-shell crabs with spicy sweet-and-sour sorbetto, meanwhile carnivores can choose pheasant with mushrooms and prune, date and cognac jus. And for dessert, look for "Suca e sucaro" - winter squash cream, peaty gelato torbato with candied carrots and smoked black tea powder.
