The new summer menu by Max Alajmo is divided into two tasting menus, “Classico” and “Quadri,” from which guests can also choose dishes a la carte. There are Quadri signatures  like the Cappuccino di Laguna, as well as new dishes to try such as Mare e Sole, a dentex carpaccio with saffron melon soup and vinegar granita or the Venetian focaccia with baccalà mantecato, cuttlefish eggs and sea snails with herbs. For seafood lovers, we suggest the fried turbot with spicy sweet-and-sour sorbetto, and for those who prefer meat, don’t miss the guinea hen with summer black truffle, endive, sour cherries and liver pate wafer. And finish on a high note with our hazelnut gran gelato with all its toppings.
