Inspired by seasonal ingredients, the Le Calandre menu is map of Max Alajmo’s culinary journey. Guests may choose from three tasting menus - "Classico," "Max" and "Raf" - or decide to create their own menu of 2, 3 or 4 courses selecting dishes from the tasting menus. 

The fall menu contains a selection of Max’s signature dishes like his cuttlefish cappuccino and saffron licorice risotto, as well as new dishes such as fried Venetian soft-shell crabs and artichokes; paccheri with langoustines, shrimp, calamari, Tuscan kale and pistachio sauce; and roe deer with leeks, celery root, winter squash jus and tartufo bianco. For dessert, don’t miss the rhubarb cedrata sorbetto and gin tonic sorbetto with apple and lemon or the pear and mulled wine millebriciole with cinnamon gelato.
