Spring come up in the menu of La Montecchia in dishes like Cold fava bean puree with basil green beans, Sicilian olive oil and grape tomato sorbet or Fried zucchini flowers with ricotta salata gelato, anchovies and bottarga among antipasti. Among first courses Tagliatelle with asparagus, smoked butter and black truffle sauce or Zucchini flowers stuffed with beetroot gnocchi, gorgonzola and Roquefort  sauce. Among second courses an orange carrot tartlet, spring onions and turmeric. Among dessert a Mango and passion fruit sandwich with buffalo ricotta cream or Biscotto sabbioso with rhubarb gelato, anise and coffee.
