Look for Summer in in the new dishes of the menu at La Montecchia like Dark tomato soup with eggplant sorbet, durum wheat bread and black olive powder or Zucchini carpaccio among the antipasti. Among first courses Ricotta cheese ravioli with basil and mint pesto, grape tomatoes green beans and zucchini sauce or Risotto with tarragon, olive oil oregano and nigella powder; among the second courses Fried vegetables with seaweed, smoked eel and oyster sauce. Finish on a sweet note with Peach puff pastry with lavender gelato.
