AMO’s unbreakable bond with the city of Venice is reflected in the restaurant menu, definded by chef Max Alajmo as "colorful, light, and festive". The menu offers raw vegetable, fish and meat dishes, as well as three types of pizza (baked, steamed, fried), the new "one-hundred layer" pizza called "Centopezze" and "Maxcalzone" and other Alajmo classics.
