Il Gusto per la Ricerca is a nonprofit organization that was founded in Padua in 2004 by Max and Raf Alajmo together with Dr. Stefano Bellon to support scientific research of childhood diseases, as well as rehabilitation. A recent digital initiative – Tavoli Trasparenti - sees 300 top restaurants backing the cause – with the price of the meal being donated when diners book online.
