Despite the numerous restrictions of the FDA concerning the import of food and drink, we cannot forward our products in Usa, Canada, Carribean, Central and South America. We can only forward our book.
Orders in Italy and abroad are delivered via our trusted couriers.
Postage costs are calculated automatically based on the weight and size of the order made.
Purchases made on www.alajmo.it can only be paid for by credit card or by bank transfer.
Your order will be dispatched as soon as there is full availability of the goods. Delivery in Italy can be expected within 72 hours from the time of order if payment is by credit card, but if payment is by bank transfer the goods will be only be dispatched on receipt of a communication from the bank that the payment has arrived.

Send us an email within two days of receiving the faulty goods at email@example.com and we will provide a replacement.
You have 10 days from receiving the goods to exercise your right of cancellation. To do this, you must write to us by recorded delivery explaining your desire to cancel the contract, and include the ordered goods in their original packaging in a sealed parcel, to: Alajmo S.p.A., via Liguria 1, 35030 Sarmeola di Rubano (Pd)
Once we have received your returned order, we will contact you as soon as possible and let you know immediately when you will be refunded.
In the event of problems relating to delivery email us immediately on: firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will contact the courier directly to resolve any issues as a matter of urgency causing you the least inconvenience possible. We will contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and, where necessary, we will send you a replacement.
After having completed the order on www.alajmo.it, you will receive an email notification message to the address that you have provided to us for confirmation.
Check that the email address you registered is correct, and that the message has not been sent to a junk email folder. If the problem is not resolved, contact us on email@example.com.
When ordered products are no longer available or if it is necessary for us to revise your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to find the most convenient solution.
