How do I buy products from www.alajmo.it?

1. select the desired products and add them to your basket

2. go to the checkout to complete your order

3. fill in your details

Is it necessary to register?

Registration is not compulsory to buy products but we advise it all the same in order to make the most of all the site's functions.

In the event that you require specific advice, or if your question is not answered on the following pages, our Client Service is always ready to assist you on anything that is not clear: just send an email to: store@alajmo.it or contact us by telephone on 049 635366 from Tuesday to Friday from 09.00 to 13.00 and from 16.00 to 19.00.

Are the products delivered to Usa, Canada and America?

Despite the numerous restrictions of the FDA concerning the import of food and drink, we cannot forward our products in Usa, Canada, Carribean, Central and South America. We can only forward our book.

How will my order be delivered?

Orders in Italy and abroad are delivered via our trusted couriers.

How will the postage costs be calculated?

Postage costs are calculated automatically based on the weight and size of the order made.

Can I pay with cash on delivery?

Purchases made on www.alajmo.it can only be paid for by credit card or by bank transfer.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be dispatched as soon as there is full availability of the goods. Delivery in Italy can be expected within 72 hours from the time of order if payment is by credit card, but if payment is by bank transfer the goods will be only be dispatched on receipt of a communication from the bank that the payment has arrived.

During holidays/bank holidays/weekends we are not able to guarantee the same delivery times. For specific requests contact us at: in.gredienti@alajmo.it.

What should I do if a faulty product is delivered to me?

Send us an email within two days of receiving the faulty goods at in.gredienti@alajmo.it and we will provide a replacement.

What should I do if I want to cancel my order?

You have 10 days from receiving the goods to exercise your right of cancellation. To do this, you must write to us by recorded delivery explaining your desire to cancel the contract, and include the ordered goods in their original packaging in a sealed parcel, to: Alajmo S.p.A., via Liguria 1, 35030 Sarmeola di Rubano (Pd)

How long does a refund take?

Once we have received your returned order, we will contact you as soon as possible and let you know immediately when you will be refunded.

What happens if my order is damaged or if parts are missing?

In the event of problems relating to delivery email us immediately on: in.gredienti@alajmo.it, and we will contact the courier directly to resolve any issues as a matter of urgency causing you the least inconvenience possible. We will contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and, where necessary, we will send you a replacement.

How do I know if my order has been accepted?

After having completed the order on www.alajmo.it, you will receive an email notification message to the address that you have provided to us for confirmation.

What should I do if I do not receive a message confirming my order?

Check that the email address you registered is correct, and that the message has not been sent to a junk email folder. If the problem is not resolved, contact us on in.gredienti@alajmo.it.

What happens if In.gredienti has to make changes to my order?

When ordered products are no longer available or if it is necessary for us to revise your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to find the most convenient solution.
