How do I buy products from

Is it necessary to register?

Registration is not compulsory to buy products but we advise it all the same in order to make the most of all the site's functions.

Are the products delivered to Usa, Canada and America?

Despite the numerous restrictions of the FDA concerning the import of food and drink, we cannot forward our products in Usa, Canada, Carribean, Central and South America. We can only forward our book.

How will my order be delivered?

Orders in Italy and abroad are delivered via our trusted couriers.

How will the postage costs be calculated?

Postage costs are calculated automatically based on the weight and size of the order made.

Can I pay with cash on delivery?

Purchases made on can only be paid for by credit card or by bank transfer.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be dispatched as soon as there is full availability of the goods. Delivery in Italy can be expected within 72 hours from the time of order if payment is by credit card, but if payment is by bank transfer the goods will be only be dispatched on receipt of a communication from the bank that the payment has arrived.

What should I do if a faulty product is delivered to me?

Send us an email within two days of receiving the faulty goods at and we will provide a replacement.

What should I do if I want to cancel my order?

You have 10 days from receiving the goods to exercise your right of cancellation. How long does a refund take?
